We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2019, at the age of 78, Leroy Chapman (Man, West Virginia), born in Accoville, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Chapman and Thelma Chapman; his former wife Doreen Huspen Chapman; and his siblings, Thomas "Junior" Chapman, John D. Chapman, Louise Chapman, Leota Vance, Mildred Vance and Marie Vance.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Blevins Chapman; his sons, Jim (Cathy), Leroy Chapman (Carmen), Richard Eugene Chapman and Bob Chapman (Nancy); his stepchildren, Donetta Baker (David) of Davin and Michael Stevenson (Laurice); and his siblings, Bill Chapman of Huntington and Thelma Huspen. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends.
