It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Vance Tomblin (Man, West Virginia), who passed away on September 30, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Vance and Virginia Vance; her siblings, Larry Vance, Charlie Vance and Debra Vance Rowe; her nephew Jeffrey Hurst; and her great-niece Olivia McCormick.
She is survived by: her husband Emil Tomblin of Man; her sister Alice Hurst (Roy) of Shady Springs; her children, Vickie Minor (Jim) of Davin, Angela Dickerson (Billy) of Davin and Gregory Tomblin (Tammy) of Whites' Addition; and her great grandchildren, Berklee Harvey, Ruth, Reaghan Thomas and Owen Thomas.
