He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie G. McQuithy and Ernestine McQuithy (Bare); his siblings, Willie Jr. McQuithy and Mary Chaffin; and his nephew Dale E. Workman.
He is survived by: his significant other Lottie "Sissy" McQuithy (Maynard); his sons, Terry McQuithy (Amanda) of Man, Mack "Joe" McQuithy of Man and Brian McQuithy of Man; his grandchildren, Callie and Terry Jr. "TJ" McQuithy; his sisters, Peggy Maynard of South Man, Stella Workman (Flavel) of Dingess, Sharon McQuithy (Robert Burgess) of Crown, Regina Ellis (Lewis) of Lorado, Patricia Blair (Darrell) of Accoville and Nina McQuithy of Accoville; and his sister-in-law Linda McQuithy of Taplin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
