He is survived by : his mother Marilyn Ryder Alvaro of Fairmont; his close friend Lorinda Funk of Marlinton; his stepdaughters, Andrea "Andi" Parr (Jerry) of Lyndhurst, VA and Jennifer Mahoney (Joel) of Farmington, PA; his brothers, Dominick "Peanuts" (Peggy Alvaro) of Fairmont and William "Billy" Alvaro of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Aidan Hartzell of Morgantown and Shawn Miller II of Morgantown; his uncle Frank Alvaro (Lauranne) of Fairmont; his aunts, Betty Alvaro of Oakland, MD and Vickie Parker (Jerry) of Marlinton; his nephew Tommy Alvaro; and his niece Abby Shuck of Fairmont.
