He is survived by : his parents, David George Sr. and Marvina Carol Doss Irvine; his daughter Lilianna Nicole Irvine of Tioga, WV; his siblings, Kristen Elaine Hines (Brandt) of Buckhannon and David George Irvine Jr. (Julie Shifflet) of Marlinton; his nephew David Allen Irvine; and his nieces, Brook Pennington (Frank), Elaina Belle Hines, Chole Jene Hines and Many. He is also survived by Many Aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers and food monetary donations may be made to Marvina Irvine, 921 10th Ave, Marlinton, WV 24954 for Lilianna, and Orion college fund.
