Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Leslie Kay Goldizen (Marlinton, West Virginia), born in Elkins, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 46, on July 15, 2021. She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Lou Ellen Phillips, Sampson and Gladys Goldizen; and her aunts and uncles, Janet, Linda, Bob and Larry.

She is survived by : her parents, Rev. Fred and Barbara Phillips Goldizen; and her grandfather Claude Phillips Sr. of Marlinton. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
