She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Syrian Lewis. She is survived by: her father Michael Lewis; her children, Sharee Thomas, Mikhail Lewis (Gabriella Ambrusico), Dominick Mullenax and Gavin Mullenax; and her siblings, Michelle Lewis Sirianni and Adam Lewis. She is also survived by aunts, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home - Parsons (312 Main St, Parsons, WV 26287).
