He is survived by: his sister Lila Bernick; his children, Deborah Lee (Miles), Keith Allan and John Paul (Skip Sroka); his grandchildren, Daniel Lee and Anne Lee Phillips (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Evelyn and Barrett Phillips.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hospice of the Panhandle.
