It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Foster of Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on July 12, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie "Pete" Riggs, Sr. and Phyllis Butts Riggs; her husband Gary Foster, Sr.; her grandson Brandon Hughes; and her siblings, Glenn Riggs, Glenda Riggs, Brenda Riggs, Patricia Riggs and Rita Rapp.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Foster, Jr., Travis Foster and Lisa Riggs; her grandchildren, Brittany Riggs, Bennie Hughes, Staci Hughes, Gary Custer and Kevin Norman, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Anthony, Aleigha, Alayna, Adyn and Oaklyn; and her siblings, Leslie Riggs, Jr., Brian Riggs, Sr., Roger Riggs, Randy Riggs, Carla Bishop, Gail Cox and Donna Riggs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
