She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore B. Kisner and Virginia Whittington Kisner; her husband Elmer Nelson "Bud" Byers; her daughter Linnis A. Ritenour; and her siblings, Marshall Kisner, Lester A. Kisner and Elsie Morton.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas L. Byers (Karyn), Martha V. Seitler (Ray) of Martinsburg and Rosemary A. Catrow (Doug) of Martinsburg. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and six great great-grandchildren.
