He was predeceased by: his parent Catherine Carryer Boltz. He is survived by: his wife Jean Maxine Dunn Harris; his daughter Sheree Lynn Breech; his son-in-law Jack Dennis Breech; his granddaughter Amanda Marie Allen; his great grandchild Landon Cohen Allen; and also Joshua Kenneth Allen.
