He was predeceased by: his father James Carl Creek Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Sophie LaVerne Creek (Hendershot); his wife Jenny Lee Haines; his children, James Carl Creek III (Jessica Blumenauer) and Bridget Lee Williams (Keith); his grandchildren, Bret Isiah Williams, Shannon Hope Williams, Remy Lee Faith Williams, Dyna Lee Creek and Waylyn James Creek; his great grandchildren, Addison Rose Williams and Avery Grace Williams; and his siblings, Philip, David, Matthew Creek, Connie Creek and Sandra Bucher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for monetary donations to help cover expenses as the battle with ALS was a very expensive one.
