It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessica Gwen Simons of Martinsburg, West Virginia, born in Charles Town, West Virginia, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John W. Simons, Sr. and Judy Jean Southard Simons. She is survived by : her siblings, Lynn Ingram (Richard Buracker) of Inwood, WV and John Simons, Jr. (Monique) of Martinsburg, WV. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
