He is survived by: his parents, Robert Flanagan, Jr. (Pam) of Hedgesville, WV and Margie Cassidy (Greg) of Palm Harbor, FL.; his wife Donna Flanagan; his sons, Joshua, Jr. and Noah; his half-brother Samson Clarke of Palm Harbor, FL; his grandparents, Elaine Cassidy and Kenneth Morningstar of Taneytown; and his cousins, Ean, Dawn, John IV and Alicia Cassidy. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
