With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Rosier of Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on August 6, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles P. "Charley" Rosier, Jr.; her parents, Harry P. Kissinger and Fay L. Kissinger (Diffenderfer); and her brother Phil Kissinger. She is survived by: her children, Troy S. Rosier of Charles Town, WV and Kelly Jo Bruner of Martinsburg, WV; her grandchildren, Zachary Rosier, Kelsey O'Hara (Jordan), Alexander Rosier (Rain), Raegan Rosier (Cam Blank) and Tyler Riley (Cortney Wesner); her stepgrandchildren, Ashley Bailey (Michael) and Adam Burgoon (Jen); her great grandchildren, Alex Rosier, Jr. and Charlie Rosier; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jaidyn Felicio, Aubrey Bailey, Milo Burgoon, Annmarie Burgoon, Jameson Bailey, Olivia Burgoon, Fiona Burgoon, Laiken Wesner and Ellowyn Wesner; her sister Janet Shelley (Tom) of Loganville; and her sister-in-law Carolyn Kissinger of Lubbock, TX. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Austin H. Eberly Funeral Home (104 W Main St, Dallastown, PA 17313). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
