It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Riggs of Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Leslie William Riggs, Sr. and Phyllis Elaine Butts Riggs; his wife Peggy Lou Mason Riggs; and his siblings, Glenn, Glenda, Rita, Debbie, Ellen, Patricia and Brenda.

He is survived by : his children, Darrell Wayne Hutzler, Richard William Mason and Tina Elaine Riggs; his grandchildren, Todd (Brittany), Brandon (Samantha), Tara, Steven, Dave, Amber and Brandi; and his siblings, Brian Riggs, Sr., Randy Riggs, Roger Riggs, Gail Cox and Carla Bishop. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
