She was predeceased by: her parents, William French Ramey and Mildred Ramey (Garver); her former husband William G. Welsh; her children, Marion Elaine Welsh and William G. Welsh, Jr.; and her brothers, Roger R. Ramey and William F. Ramey, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Swan Dale; her sister-in-law Sandra S. Ramey (Virginia) of Winchester; her niece Ginny Hoffman (Jim) of Martinsburg; and her cousin Patricia B. Dick (Roy) of Shepherdstown, WV. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like contributions made to the Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County at 23 Poor Farm Rd., Kearneysville, WV 25430.
