It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman Fellers of Martinsburg, West Virginia, born in Charles Town, West Virginia, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard Fellers and Bertha May Breeden Fellers; his daughter Pamela Feller; and his siblings, Willie, Greg, Earl, Joe Fellers, Marie Ware and Lou Haines.

He is survived by : his wife Janet Diane Croson Fellers; his children, Eddie Webster (Maria), Ronnie Fellers, Scott Webster (Robin), Norma Jean Palmer, Patricia Turpin (Paul), Christine Murphy (Scott) and Dreama Webber (Charles); and his grandson John Wilson. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great- great grandchildren.

The family request donations to be made to, Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
