He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel B. Shackelford and Grace Myers Shackelford; and his siblings, Wayne Shackelford, Doris Lee Schoppert and Wanda J. Welch.

He is survived by: his children, Angela Shackelford, Christina Shackelford and Paul "PJ" Shackelford, Jr.. He is also survived by five grandchildren.

Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
