He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Foss Jr. and Martha Jane Foss; his former wife Ingrid Foss Mogilka; and his stepdaughters, Christy Miller and Tina Thee.
He is survived by: his wife Judy M. Foss; his daughter Dina Foss; his stepdaughter Karen Heaton; and his siblings, James Foss of New York, Peggy Foss Esposito of Connecticut and Sheryl Foss Lavoie of Connecticut. He is also survived by extended family, his church family, and many dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pikeside Church (25 Paynes Ford Rd, Martinsburg, WV 25405).
