He is survived by: his parent Dorothy McKinney Smallwood; his wife Nancy Bryarly Smallwood of Martinsburg; his children, Tracy Doescher (Eric) of Covington, LA, Jennifer Fleming (Chris) of Martinsburg, Lauron Smallwood of Martinsburg and Anthony Smallwood (Kelly) of Harrisonburg, VA; his grandchildren, Kelsey Markey, Shelby Markey, Ace Doescher, Anthony Carter, Morgan Fleming, Drew McKown and Miriam Smallwood; his great grandchild Sage Poccaroba; his sisters, Colleen Custer (James) and Collette Caniford (Terry); his sister-in-law Mary Miller; and his significant other Buddy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and classmates and friends.
