It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy DeLawder of Martinsburg, West Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Chester DeLawder, Sr. and Arlene Wright DeLawder; and his brother David Amos DeLawder. He is survived by : his children, Roy C. DeLawder, III and Crystal DeLawder; his grandchildren, Jayden Washington, Destinee Lorquet, Jaylan and Dylan DeLawder; and his siblings, Robby Robinson, Kitty DeLawder Shifflett, Pam Hoban and Ann Taylor.
