He was predeceased by: his father Richard Tomasik; and his siblings, Roland Tomasik and Carol Richardson. He is survived by: his mother Josephine Robins Tomasik; his wife Cathy Smith Tomasik; his children, Steven Tomasik, Jr. and Stephanie Stout; his stepsons, Bruce, Dustin, Christopher and Tyler Miller; and his siblings, Richard Tomasik and Deborah Madison. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
