She was predeceased by: her parent Harry Martz. She is survived by: her parent Ruth Willingham Martz; her aunt Elizabeth "Susie" Griffith (Bill); her siblings, Richard Martz (Wendy) and Barbara Miller; and her nieces, Samantha Martz and Hailey Martz.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Tina's name to Hospice of the Panhandle 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
