He was predeceased by: his parents, Loy Byron and Sadie Lee Dispanet Stultz; his daughter Wanda Lynn Stultz; and his siblings, Guy Stultz, Theda Wintermoyer, Wilma Jenkins and Viola Branner.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Mitchell; his daughter Gina Stultz of Mt. Crawford; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond Mitchell (Mary), George Franklin Mitchell, Hilda Mitchell May and Ina Mae Meadows.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Martin Luther Lutheran Church (17517 Bergton Rd, Bergton, VA 22811).
