Pauline Sherman Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2025, at the age of 93, Pauline Sherman of Maysville, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Isaac Kimble and Minnie Susan Kimble (Alt); her husband Charles B. Sherman; her son Gregory C. Sherman; and her brothers, Dallas Kimble, Carlos "Cod" Kimble and Sterl Kimble.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy V. Borror of Petersburg, WV; her grandchildren, Cassie Vetter (Jason), Shawn G. Sherman (Clara) and Charles L. Sherman (Angelica); her great grandchild Jeremiah P. Vetter; and her sisters, Elaine Judy of Arthur, WV, Lilamae Mayle of Petersburg, WV, Lulubelle Vance of Berryville, VA and Carolyn Pratt of Old Fields, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Schaeffer Funeral Home (11 N Main St, Petersburg, WV 26847). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Pauline's family suggest that memorial donations may be made to Grant Rehabilitation and Care Center, 127 Early Avenue, Petersburg, WV.
