He was predeceased by: his parents, Nickolas Mamula and Mildred Mamula (Duggan); and his brother Troy Robert Mamula. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Mamula (Hanna); his sons, Michael Mamula (Verna) of McMechen and Casey Mamula of McMechen; his brother Willis Mamula (Denise) of Martins Ferry; his grandchildren, Slayer Gray, Elizabeth Kittle, Camden Mamula, Kerstyn Sharp, Cayden Mamula and Chayce Mamula; and his great grandchild Abel Kittle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
