She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Smith Hicks, Ronnie Smith (Pam), Jerry Smith (Gloria) and Danny Smith (Jill); her grandchildren, Jennifer Church (Robbie), Christopher Hicks (Samantha), Sarah Smith, Katie Smith, Adam Smith and Kelly Smith; and her great grandchildren, Kristen Church, Hudsyn and Quinnley Hicks. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
