He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Ballenger and Ida Goddard Ballenger; and his brothers, Buggy, Dale and Walter Ballenger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Ballenger and Jennifer Ballenger-Vermillion; the mother of his children Shirlene Tucker of Lewisburg; his siblings, Butch Ballenger of Meadow Bridge and Nancy Ballenger of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Austin Ballenger, Billy Ballenger, Skylar Ballenger, Karizma Vermillion and Angel Paredes. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
