She was predeceased by: her parents, James Earl and Betty Lou Vandall Ward; her grandchildren, Michael Reed and Elizabeth Reed; and her son-in-law Butch Brown.

She is survived by: her husband Earl Roberts; her children, Melanie Hatcher (Chris), Sherrie Brown, Kelly Yancey (David) and Chloe Alden; her granddaughter Shawna Leopard; her great grandchild Michael Gage Smith; and her brothers, Kenny Ward (Kathy) and Kevin Ward.
