He is survived by: his wife Leona Noffsinger; his sons, Bruce Noffsinger (Cindy) of Midway, Alan Noffsinger (Sandi) of Scott Depot and Chuck Noffsinger (Peggy) of Vienna; his brother Tom Noffsinger (Nancy) of Winston-Salem, NC; his grandchildren, Christi Noffsinger, Dustin Noffsinger, Terra "Beth" Noffsinger, Ben Noffsinger (Drew) and Abby Noffsinger; his great grandchildren, Jenna, Ryne, Avery, Ella, Cora and Abel; his close friend Jeff Lewis (Helen); his caregiver Tamra Shaw; and also, Tara and Kellie.
