She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard John Cozad and Leona Elizabeth Cozad (Province); her siblings, Kenneth, Ernest, Wilbur (Bus), Ralph Cozad, Anna Mae Anderson (Cozad) and Jean Ellen Blosser (Cozad); and her daughter-in-law Kelly Blosser (Wagoner).
She is survived by : her brother Richard Elden Cozad of Parkersburg; and her grandchildren, Faith Nicole Steele (Daniel) of Parkersburg, Gabriel Lyle Blosser of Lubeck and Jayden Elizabeth Blosser of Mineral Wells.
