Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Patricia Ramsay Shutler of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, born in Bellaire, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 64, on July 2, 2022. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ella Mae Brunner Ramsay and William J. Ramsay. She is survived by : her husband Michael Joseph "Mike" Shutler; her son Andy Shutler; and her siblings, Linda Toothman (Wilson) and William E. "Bill" Ramsay (Marlene). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
