It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Paul L. Vannoy of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, born in Millstone, West Virginia, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Dannie Vannoy and Lucille Vannoy (Bush); his former life partner Junell Vannoy (Hayhurst); his daughter Tina Sue Vannoy; and his brother Edward Earl Vannoy.
He is survived by : his wife Gloria Basnett Stevens Vannoy; his children, Lisa Causey (Harold) of Coolville, OH, Paul E. Vannoy of Mineral Wells and Stacy Ritchie (Bruce) of Marietta, OH; his grandchildren, Sierra Causey, Austin Vannoy, Jordan Vannoy and Ashleigh Ritchie; his great grandchildren, Gracie, Alieyha and Allistair; his brother Ron Vannoy (Renae) of Mineral Wells; and his stepchildren, Lydia Freeman (Dale), Natasha Tichnell (Greg), Leigh Kinder (Rick) and D. Mark Stevens. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; 18 step-great-grandchildren and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
