She is survived by : her parent Josephine Ribel DeFazio; her daughters, Judy Cook, Sandra Hawkins and Joyce Evans (Donnie); her son-in-law Fred Hawkins; her grandchildren, Vickie, David, Brad Cook, Lisa Saenz, Laura Hawkins, Kristi, John and Thomas Evans; her great grandchildren, Logan Cook, Henry Cook, Justin Saenz, Lane Saenz and Johnston Donn Evans; her sister Lorraine Barth; and her sisters-in-law, Ruby Lipinski and Jean DeFazio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
