With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Defazio of Monongah, West Virginia, born in Neville Island, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 26, 2021 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by : her parents, Adolph John "Tippy" Tomana and Jeanette Bowman Tomana; her husband Eugene "PeeWee" DeFazio; her son Joseph M. DeFazio; and her siblings, Betty Coble, Hazel Kelly, Elaine Cogar, Alice Harker, Dorothy "Dottie" Roscoe and Dennis "Denny" Tomana.
She is survived by : her children, Debbie Zickefoose (Larry) of Covington, KY, Annette DeFazio of Erlanger, KY and Patrick DeFazio (Traci) of Monongah; her daughter-in-law Charla DeFazio of Nixa, MO.; her brother John Tomana (Barbara) of Idamay, WV; her siblings-in-law, Mike Roscoe of Kellytown, WV, Donna Jo Tomana of Idamay, WV and Loraine Barth of Bridgeport, WV; and her grandchildren, Jay DeFazio (Amanda), Corbin Zickefoose (Miranda), Melinda Zickefoose, Jason DeFazio (Micah), Jennifer Foy (Steve), Danielle Kolominsky (Alex), Hailey Keith (Kyle), Tiffany Brown, Michael DeFazio (Deanna), Jacob DeFazio and Isaac DeFazio. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
