He is survived by : his mother-in-law Julia Monell; his daughter-in-law Annette Koloskie; his son Jerry Koloskie (Annette); his grandchildren, John Koloskie, James Koloskie and Megan Koloskie; his great grandchildren, Kaydence Koloskie-Phelps and Charlotte Koloskie; his sister-in-law Elaine Monell of Dayton; and his nieces and nephews, Cindy Summers (Bob) of Dayton, Valerie Zack (Bob) of Dayton, Ray Monell (Mindy) of Beaver Creek and Mark Monell (Sarah) of Nicholsville.
