He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe McIntyre, Sr. and Mary Charlotte Lyon Shuck. He is survived by : his stepfather Thurman Shuck of Monongah; his siblings, Joseph McIntyre, Jr. of Uniontown, PA, Charlene Sloan (Jim) of Thoburn, WV and Autumn O'Brien; his cousin Zane McIntyre of Akron, OH; his friends, Michelle Coen and Cathy Gordon-Dillow; and also Cierra. He is also survived by two step brothers; one step sister; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to The Marion County Humane Society, PO Box 905 Fairmont, WV 26554.
