He was predeceased by : his grandfathers, John Scritchfield and Earl Shuck; his stepgrandfather Harold Jackson; his uncle Michael Scritchfield; and his aunt Cindy Shuck.
He is survived by : his parents, Timothy Wayne and Kathy Lyne Scritchfield of Monongah; his sister Samantha (Matthew Lieving) of Fairmont; his nephew Legend Wayne Lieving; his grandmothers, Mary Schritchfield of Monongah and Barbara Jackson of Farmington; his aunt Shelly; and his niece Abigail Shuck of Fairmont. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to a local recovery and addiction facility in T.J.'s name, so we can bear this dreaded disease.
