He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Lintner Perkins of Montcalm; his children, Brian Perkins of Lindside, WV and Sharon Blackwell (James) of Montcalm, WV; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Perkins of Montcalm, WV; his siblings, Paul Perkins of Montcalm, WV, Evolene Blevins of Cleveland, OH, Norma Shrader of Montcalm, WV and Judy Hodge of Montcalm, WV; and his grandsons, Ben Blackwell (Tiffany) and Michael Blackwell (Faith).
