She was predeceased by : her mother Mary Elizabeth "Widgie" Dixon Bolles; her husband Gerald Delk Perry; her daughter Victoria Lynn Perry Pukel; and her father Carl Dixon. She is survived by : her daughter Kristina Perry Wandzel (Mark); her sister Mary Lee Dixon Fugate (Jerry); her grandchildren, Brandi Hammond Gillian (Ed), Zachariah Perry, Katherine Keenan, Jacob Pukel (Courtney), Vanessa Jordan and Nick Wandzel; and her great grandchildren, Katie Beth, Eli and Emma Lynn.
