Rockwell (Taylor); his daughters, Rachel Holliday of High View, WV, Annie Heward (Rob) of Purgitsville, WV and Lily Sue Rockwell of Burlington; his grandchildren, Zackary Holliday, Philip and Zoey Heward; his brothers, Ty Shaw (Vivian) of Waxahachie and Troy Shaw of London, OH.; Lily.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to a college scholarship fund for Tony's daughter, Lily.
