She was predeceased by: her parents, James Oscar Kesner and Lena Ethel Bensenhaver Kesner; and her husband Thomas Brooks Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie L. Perez of Stafford, VA, Barbara Moore of Centerville, VA, Lena Stocks of Louisa, VA and Tammy Carter of Nome, AK.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, private family graveside services will be held at the Newhouse Cemetery with Pastor Johnny Stump officiant.
