Hornyak; her daughter Kerry Ketterman of Moorefield, WV; her grandchildren, Jesse Hornyak, Joshua Lofton, Jay Lofton, Becka Jenkins and Ryan Jenkins; her great grandchildren, Audrey, Josh and Bethany; and her siblings, Clifford Smith of Baltimore, MD and Juanita Roehl of Baltimore, MD..
