It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elda Grace Painter (Moorefield, West Virginia), who passed away on January 20, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ocie Arnold Leatherman and Martha Elizabeth Affleck Leatherman; her husband Phillip Paul Painter; and her siblings, Ava M. Aylor, Virginia L. Garrett, Neva E. Poling, Mary E. Walters, Harlan A. Leatherman and Carl L. Leatherman.
