Elouise Rebecca Cowger Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elouise Rebecca Cowger of Moorefield, West Virginia, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Loring Dacey Wolfe and Dora Catherine Wolfe (Whetzel); her husband Ivan Marsh Cowger, Sr.; her brother Clyde Wolfe; and her sister-in-law Anna P. Wolfe.
She is survived by: her son Ivan Cowger, Jr. (Janie) of Fredericksburg, VA; her grandchildren, Ivan Cowger, III (Wendy) of Fredericksburg, VA and Angela Cowger Boynton (Justin) of Bowling Green, VA; her great grandchildren, Morgan Gates, Catherine Cowger (Catie), Gwenyth, Lillian, Penelope Boynton and Ivan Cowger IV (Marsh); her great great grandchildren, Connor, Hunter and Avery Maddox of Fredericksburg; her brothers, Lawrence Wolfe (Patricia) of Kingsport, TN, Ronald Wolfe (Thelma) of Loveland, OH and Paul Wolfe of Union Town, PA.; and her nephews, Leon Wolfe (Robin) and Ernest Wolfe (Debbie) of Moorefield. She is also survived by numerous niece and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 recommendations, wearing of masks and social distancing by individuals unvaccinated is recommended.
