Harry Fitzwater Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harry Fitzwater of Moorefield, West Virginia, who passed away on July 21, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Fitzwater and Ethel Mae Fitzwater (Clayton); his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Fitzwater, Pauline Cain, Dorothy Ellenger, Susie McCoy, Edna Alsip and Charlie Fitzwater; and his stepgrandson Steven Ethan Jones.
He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Fitzwater Sherman; his grandchildren, Alex Sherman and Erika Sherman; his great grandchild Carter Sherman; his stepsiblings, Michele Azevedo (Mike), Vicki Fertig (Philip), Scott Jones (Suzie), Michael Jones (Emily), Jenny Jones (Gene) and Steven Jones; and his brothers, John Fitzwater (Christine) and Harold Fitzwater. He is also survived by 15 step grandchildren and 19 step great grandchildren.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, all individuals entering the funeral home will be required to maintain social distancing and wear face coverings at all times.
