She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ronald "Jake" Hose and Virginia Belle Combs Hose; her husband Leonard Calvin Entsminger; and her brothers, Lairity and Dale.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Thompson (Gary) of Dunnellon, FL and Shirley Poling (Lee) of Falling Waters, WV; her grandchildren, Heather Andrews, John Riggleman (Shannon) and Corey Baker; and her great grandchildren, Justice Andrews, Michael Riggleman, Ashley Riggleman and L. J. Riggleman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, all individuals entering the funeral home will be required to maintain social distancing and wear a face covering at all times.
