She is survived by: her husband H. J. Wratchford; her stepchildren, Stephanie Vetter (Jay) of Burlington, NC and Tim Wratchford (Pamela) of Hanover, VA; her stepgrandchildren, Brooke, Meredith, Braeden, Alex and Luke; and her brother Melvin Fetty of Shelbyville, DE.
