He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Marie Wratchford Smith; his children, Timothy R. Smith (Barbara) of Moorefield, WV and Tracey N. Mullenax (Eddie) of Petersburg, WV; his grandchildren, James Mullenax (Courtney), Justin Mullenax and Janell Mullenax; his great grandchildren, Jonah, Jace and Jana Mullenax; his stepgrandchildren, Catherine and Chris Koontz; his stepgreat-grandson Mason; and his siblings, Jack Smith (Sharon) of Burlington, WV, Barbara Smith of Petersburg, WV, Linda Moyers (Roger) of Moorefield, WV and Betty Hartman of Maysville, WV.
